Yes,…you’ve read it right !

  The “DRUG WAR”. No. We should call it what it is. The “WAR ON AMERICANS”.

Those who are making the decisions for the rest of us, are too afraid to tell us the truth!

I’m going to jump right in and list some IMPORTANT issues that will change so dramatically, they will either

Be greatly reduced or completely eliminated, if we stop this war. And then I will explain how.

  Illegal Immigration, drug importation, terrorist funding, street gangs, prostitution,

addict robberies, drive-by killings, DEA(and related agencies), taxes toward these

agencies, loss of civil rights and privacy laws, family break-ups, mass imprisonment

and prison overcrowding, foreign drug cartels, and dirty police. I can keep going, but I

have to stop somewhere. You should notice that many of these issues are considered

some of our countries most important and are always cause for heated debate. By

ending this war we can change the USA for real, and for the better! Legalization will allow the government to regulate and profit from drugs. This will stop the high cost of

drugs, and their availability on the street, witch is crucial to this plan.

By devaluing drugs, you take the attraction of drug dealing away from everyone!

- Illegal Immigration ; Millions of Mexicans plan to become wealthy drug dealers, as

They carry duffle bags full of drugs over the US boarder. Approx. ??? illegal mexicans

Jump the US boarder every year. 25% of all inmates in California prisons are illegal Mexicans. Nearly $50,000 is spent per year, Per inmate in the US. Over $190 mil. Is lost every year to uncompensated medical bills by Illegal immigrants. All Of this non-cense will end!

- Drug Importation ; Not only will the Mexicans stop their stampede over our boarder,

But all countries will stop their shipments, because there is no more profit to be made.

Accumulatively, More than $1 billion is spent every year on failing to keep drugs out of this country.

- Terrorist Funding ; Again, reducing the value, will eliminate their income from drugs.

They will have less ways to buy guns, bullets, tanks, missiles, or spies in the US.

- Street Gangs ; No more gold, no more cars, no more guns, and no more glorifying gangs. No more fighting over corners to sell on, and they will have to get real jobs.

No more easy income for anyone who drops out of school, or owns an illegal gun. This

will be the first major step in taking back the streets of all our inner cities.

- Prostitution/Addict robberies ; I’ve linked these together because they go hand-in-hand.

No one in the world knows what it means to have an addiction, unless you’ve lived it !

And no one knows heroin addiction, unless you’ve lived heroin. Not even a crack addict

Knows the pain a heroin addict feels. Heroin takes complete control of your life because every dollar must be spent to support the addiction. And the way things are now, there is

Nearly Nothing you can do to get that control back. Many of these people are forced into addiction because of health problems. A doctor prescribes medication to help people cope with sever pain, and they become dependent on these drugs. That isn’t a flaw in their genetic make-up. It is a natural reaction all our bodies have. The sickness you go through without the drug will make A prom queen into a corner hooker, in as quick as it takes to empty her bank account. That’s how quick you or your neighbor could be forced into a life of crime. No one is immune to addiction. It’s like any other disease. Providing treatment and help for these people, instead of jail, will allow them to keep their Lives, their jobs, and their families, instead of loosing them. It’s really the undeserved punishment and unconstitutional laws that destroy the lives, not the actual drugs. No more lawyer fees or court fines, no more prison, and a lot less children being thrown

into DCFS custody !

- Drive-by killings ; I give these a category of their own because there are so many

Innocent people killed in drive-by shootings and shootings in general. So many young children who can’t live There lives because some gang banger can’t hit what they aim at.

 A little girl Celebrating her 9^th birthday gets her face completely blown off by a stray bullet, while she looks in The mirror in her bedroom. 8 year olds with 9mm cannons, robbing people on street corners in broad daylight. These kids can’t keep buy anything, without that drug money. In fact, they may have to remove the word(s) “drug money” from the dictionary because the definition will loose its meaning.

  DEA & Enforcement ; The billions of dollars we will save by eliminating all the

Law enforcement involved with the drug war is undisputed. There are so many

Offices within offices and compartments inside compartments, the savings

Will be extreme. Imagine having so much extra money without raising any taxes. I could guess just how much that might be, but the figure would be as meaningless as the guess at the “Banker Bailout” number was. So, ill say $700bil. also. Americans may actually be able to relax and start to enjoy living in the

US Once again, now that strict enforcement of drug law is over with. We will need these

People To fill jobs as boarder guards, and for the large increase in demand for jobs in the field of Drug Treatment.

    Loss of Civil Liberties/ & Privacy Rights ; I don’t think there is a person in

America who would say they are happy with the way their government is

Treating them. Homes and bank accounts are stolen and families are destroyed

 by local police departments, In the name of the Drug War. Someone who may be

struggling with a drug addiction has their new car confiscated and gets thrown in jail because of a roach in the ashtray. And although up to 80%

yesterday of 4 police officers who were shot and wounded serving a “NO KNOCK

SEARCH WARENT” at 2:30am . Well surprise, surprise ! No ! It shouldn’t be a

Longer our own. Police search 95% of all vehicles in traffic stops. They have too much power, and are always abusing it. When you see a

Police Car in your rearview mirror, do you tightly grip the wheel and even panic a little

Just at the sight ? Or do you relax and feel safer, knowing a 22 year old with something

To prove, is running your license plate? Are we happy that our kids are being expelled

From school for taking an aspirin or having a plastic butter knife in their lunch. Zero tolerance laws have evolved from the drug war. Is this what we intended? Again, I can’t even list all the changes that Will occur in all these areas. I just hope to make you consider the possibilities of such A wonderful change. Police will no longer be able to search you or your car. At all ! That should not sound strange, but it surly does. And that’s just more proof of the Problem. A cop should not be able to violate you with or without cause, but they all do it every day! 80 year old women, people in handcuffs, and someone already pinned on their stomach. Without the proof of a dead body! We all know the country needs drastic change. The

 - Family Break-ups ; So many of these issues are related I feel as if I must repeat myself.

And I hope you like bologna, because it’s all you might get for your first few days, because wardens in most states are “required” to supplement their pay by finding ways to Save by limiting prisoners’ food to the lowest limits. And this leads us to,….

 -Mass Imprisonment/Overcrowding ; These two issues speak for themselves, but in case

You can’t hear them. Overcrowding in jails and prisons will end. 1 in 3 Americans have been in jail! “No Violence Drug Offenders” make up to 63% of all inmates. 23% are illegal immigrants. Trillions in tax-dollars are Spent on housing inmates each year.

Prisons are overflowing with gang members glorified by rap stars and children, because

Of the money drugs has made them. No need to say more.

 -Dirty cops ; A slightly separate issue, but lets face it, Its all about the money in drugs. And we keep hearing about cops caught lying, stealing, or even murdering someone because of drug money. Every week another person shot by police because they

saw a gun. Solders fire when fired upon, but our own police shoot first and look later.

No more profit means no more interest. It’s that simple. All it takes is common cense and

the courage, to make the biggest and best change anyone has made for this country and

the people living in it, since freeing the slaves.

  President Barak Hussein Obama could save his career, and his sole. Of course, he’d

Have to decide to start to make decisions to benefit our country, first.

  Ill finish my diatribe by giving opponents to this agenda the last word, in a sense.

The only arguments I ever hear in this matter are : 

More people (kids) will do drugs. And, more overdoses.

 - Ok, so you won’t be able to control yourself and will become a drug addict, because

drug use will no longer lead to prison? If some one wants to get drugs today, we all know how very easy it is.  And I am not going to choose to do drugs just because I wont go to jail for it. Will you? No.

People who choose to experiment with drugs, will do so. And a law will never stop that.

People who choose not to experiment with drugs, wont. And “no jail” isn’t going to

change their minds either. Personally, I can decide for myself, as a free American adult. And as far as making it easier for kids to get, that don’t cut it either.

My 12 year old son could get a bag of pot in no time. But today it’s as hard to get

legal tobacco, as it is to buy legal alcohol. I’m 37 and I still get ID’d to buy cigarettes.

No one ID’s your kids to buy drugs?

 - More overdoses. Well, you would have to prove more use first but, even if there was

an increase in overdoses, does that mean we should  keep our  Kids in the line of fire, let the economy crumble, and keep untouchable cops and politicians in power? Or should we let someone who makes the mistake of trying Cocaine or heroin, only risk their own life.

  Even if the facts weren’t clear. if there was an increase in use, it wouldn’t last long.

That fact has been proven by countries who have not become ”Police States.” LEGAL drugs do become boring. Instead of being glamorized, as they are now.

You can get high by sniffing gasoline but it will soon kill you. Should it be illegal too? And when the biggest deterrent to cocaine use is a skull and crossbones on the label, it will have a bigger effect than any law. Prohibition has never worked in any case. As soon as something is made illegal, There becomes an inevitable demand for that something. No matter what it may be.

  As free, American adults, we can make our own decisions. That, is America. That is

Freedom! Or, if you can’t live free, don’t try to punish the rest of us for your inadequacies. People forget that by restricting others and making more laws, you restrict yourself and eliminate the very freedoms we ourselves cherish so greatly. Every time a new law is made, another freedom is lost ! Privacy is our right, and we must take it back!

We can always start the war back up again. We can break the reunited families back up too.We can even go back in debt. if we want. So what is there to loose by trying?

After all, we’ve only been loosing this war for nearly 40 years!!

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH .

We all have a skeleton or two in our closets. Every one of us. Even you! Every day we

Hear about another celebrity or respected person who we admire, who has some personal

or scandalous incident in their past now being revealed to the world by the media. These

people are part of a small group. Less than 1% of our population. A conservative estimate

of  these people who try drugs is about 80%. Are you prepared to go to jail? No? Well

you better get ready. Because heres another number,….50%. this is how many people

who are in prison, that may be INNOCENT!!!  Are you getting the picture yet?? I really

hope you are. Until all of us start to think in terms of freedom, and start minding our own

business, privacy will remain a long lost entitlement . And drugs will forever be an

epidemic!
